TowerHawk Solutions

TowerHawk™ Advanced Field Equipment

Powerful on-site automated server/controller for the monitoring and control of all on-site critical systems. Built in UPS and onboard memory for bullet proof reliability and performance. The Towerhawk devices provide full two-way communication capability, are highly customizable, and provide monitoring and operational control from a central NOC. A full installation includes continuous video monitoring with "paintable" masking for motion detection (several weeks of historical video recording maintained), providing the ability to authenticate the time and nature of site visits by third parties. Among other things, the Towerhawk devices place the monitoring technology at the tower site rather than back at a control center so functions can be operated independently in the event of power disruption or other tower system failures at the tower site. The IP supporting the Towerhawk system is protected with five pending patents and several additional patents in development.

Network Operations Center Interfaces

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) supports 24 hour monitoring and control of all monitored functions. With this capability, tower companies (and optionally carriers) have real time reporting and operational control on such things as tower stability measurement (twist & sway activity), fiber health and activity, grounding status of equipment, maintenance and tilt and zoom video security. New mobile app deployment can provide field supervisors with links to both the NOC and direct to Towerhawk site monitoring.
